Over the MLK holiday, we packed up and headed to Williamsburg. We spent the long weekend with MomMom, PopPop, Uncle Phil, Megan, Aunt Elizabeth, Uncle Mark, Matthew, Jacquelyn, Zach, Rachel, Aunt Donna and Uncle David.

We had lots of fun being together for the weekend. We had some great cooks and ate some terrific meals together. Everyone enjoyed the video game room. There were lots and lots of games to pick- something for everyone. Of course, we visited the outlet mall while the little boys napped and the big boys watched the playoff football game.
There was also a pool and outdoor hot tub. Jacquelyn, Phil, Megan and I braved the frigid temptures and enjoyed the hot tub. Brett and Breandan had fun in the pool and enjoyed splashing around with Zach. Thanks to Megan for sharing her pictures of the weekend.

Snow in Raleigh

Raleigh finally received some snow last week and we were in VA. When we came back into town Wed. the snow had started to melt. The boys were very excited. Neither remember seeing or playing in snow before. When we pulled up to the house they jumped out and ran inside for their snow clothes. We then rushed back outside to play in the snow that remained.

They were a little mystified as to what to do once they were outside. They made snow angels and tried to make snowballs. They had a little making them with the gloves on. They did have fun throwing them at me and each other.
