Dad is Great- Gives us the Chocolate Cake

Last night, Breandan, Brett and I found ourselves singing the tune... "Dad is great... Gives us the chocolate cake". However, the tune came true last night for all of us. It was a first for us! Mommom found an egg replacer in South Africa so it was Seane's idea to try it last night. Together we made a chocolate cake with the egg replacer. Brett was very excited as this was his first true cake experience.

While we were driving home, Breandan was looking at the cake mix box and noticed the picture of the egg. He then reminded everyone in the van that the cake had eggs- which in Breandan's world means I don't have to share with Brett. You would be amazed all the things that have egg in them sometimes.... The look of concern on Brett's face was worth a million words. He had nothing to worry about though--- which we explained to Brett's delight and Breandan's disappointment.
